History

The Bubs Foundation was formed by alumni of The Tufts University Beelzebubs, an award-winning a cappella singing group founded in 1963. Inspired by the positive influence of choral music among school-aged children in economically disadvantaged areas, The Bubs Foundation was formed because members believed that the experience of a cappella music at Tufts, and previously in high school, made a significant and positive impact on their lives and they wanted to help make a difference in the lives of a new generation.
